Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Phone calls and text messages work differently: see “Phone Calls and Text Messages (SMS)” below. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

Non-personal Identification Information

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users’ means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

Share Your Personal Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. This does not include mobile information or text messaging opt-in data, which we never share for marketing or promotional purposes.

Advertising

Ads appearing on our site may be delivered to Users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile non personal identification information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This privacy policy does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.

Phone Calls and Text Messages (SMS)

Call recording. Calls to B.I. Production Works, including calls answered by our AI voice agent and calls transferred to our team, may be recorded for quality and compliance purposes. Callers are told this at the start of the call.

How you opt in. You opt in to text messages by voice, on a phone call you make to us at +1 (706) 752-7291. When your request is finished, our AI voice agent asks:

“Before you go, would you like B.I. Production Works to text you about your equipment rentals and requests at this number? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Would you like to opt in?”

We only text you if you clearly say yes, and we then send one text confirming your opt-in. Your consent applies to the number you called from. Using this website is not consent to receive texts. You do not have to agree to texts to rent equipment from us or to use our services.

What we collect. When you opt in, we keep a record of your phone number, the date and time of your consent, the call identifier, what you said, and the recording of the call. We keep this record as proof of your consent. We also keep call recordings and call transcripts as business records.

What we text you about. Messages concern your equipment rentals and requests, such as booking confirmations and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out or get help. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will confirm by text and send no more. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Service providers. We use Twilio to send and receive text messages and to carry phone calls, ElevenLabs to operate our AI voice agent, including processing and recording what is said on the call, and Amazon Web Services to store recordings and produce transcripts and summaries. They process this information on our behalf to provide these services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This applies regardless of anything else in this Privacy Policy, and the service providers above receive this information only to deliver our calls and messages.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

B.I. Production Works has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will post a notification on the main page of our Site, revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
